Muqdisho Fresh Fruits (MFF), which operates under the banner of TAAS Enterprise Somalia with the website address of www.somalibanana.com, is a Somali registered and a banana trading company in the local and international markets. The current MFF management has previously provided technical support to Somali banana growers (2002 – 2004) resulting subsequent large volume shipments to Libya and Iran.
MFF maintains personal contacts and strong ties with major logistics companies, technical expertise, major markets and good relations with many Somali banana growers/farmers.
MFF is directed by foreign-trained-local expertise with over 12 years experience and dedication in the commercial banana trade, business development and marketing the Somali bananas. MFF is currently sourcing its bananas from local farms and is planning in the near future to acquiring model plantations to support improved quantity and quality production while enhancing the competence of Somali banana exports in the international markets.
